How I think — the framework
Owned by SimonCMO, my fractional CMO (Ritson × Hormozi). Two layers, in order.
Diagnose → Strategy → Tactics. Diagnosis before strategy; strategy is choosing what we won't do; strategy before tactics. Strategy = segmentation, targeting, positioning + a measurable objective.
Fix the offer before the spend (value = outcome × likelihood ÷ time × effort). Name the constraint — leads, conversion, price or LTV — before any tactic; LTGP:CAC ≥ 3:1. Govern with brand vs activation ~60/40 (Binet & Field) and the evidence laws (reach, 95-5 in-market, distinctive assets).

How it's built
One operator, an AI agent system on a single source of truth. Frontier Claude for the build; on-prem local models for anything touching GIG data — no external calls, zero egress, audit log per query. Cloudflare + Vercel deliver it; Airtable holds the state. Full tooling detail: the operator stack.
