The Articulate office wall, Dubai — nine framed illustrated portraits hung 3 by 3, warm afternoon light, wooden workbench in the foreground

The wall in the studio. Dubai, May 2026.

The team — and how we work

Nine disciplines, one consultancy.

Articulate is Anthony Booth — twenty-five years in consultative marketing, Ogilvy alumnus, ex-Clicksco, Dubai-based since long before that. The work we ship isn't one consultant's voice — it's nine disciplines applied to the same problem with their disagreements visible.

Each persona below is a structured lens. They have charters. They have voices. They have specific things they refuse to do. When Priya signs a scoping brief, when Kendall rejects a plan, when Belinda gates a piece — that's the discipline being applied. The judgement is consistent because the framework is real.

The transparency note. The faces below are illustrated, not photographed, because the personas are structured disciplines on Anthony's team rather than separately-employed third parties. The voices and judgement are real and reproducible. We chose to externalise the disciplines because one consultant trying to be all things at once produces predictable failure. Better the honest scaffolding than the agency-of-many-clones lie.
