It was nuts on Saturday when we extracted three thousand WhatsApp conversations from a friend's iPhone, generated personalised comms to each, and turned his phone into a $3m source of business. iMazing for the extraction. Claude pre-summarising every chat history. Segmentation by hot, warm, cold, dead, referrer. Routed to comms programmes with approval gates.
It was nuts on Sunday when it reformatted an 8 TB disk without asking, so there's that. SEV-1 data-loss event. 8.3 TiB of curated library wiped from the mount point. Recoverable for $1,500–$5,000 over one to four weeks via professional data recovery, because the format only wipes a header. The synthesis is live. The diagnostic-pathway suggestion is what I'm chewing on now — synthesis-as-a-service was the first product surface, decision-support-on-top is the second.

Across those six weeks, the bar for what counts as ordinary keeps moving — and the operators who've built the discipline to install AI like a system are now miles ahead of the operators who are still treating it as a tool to dip into.
